If I Drank Beer...

I'd be crying in it.

89 to 72 is pretty pathetic.

Ah well, there's always next year.

We win some...we lose some...

I am very sorry your team that beat my team (for which I was even more sorry) didn't win it all.

Now wait a minute...don't you have any soft spot for Chapel Hill UNC?? Well, we were on the opposite sides this time :~) Franklin Street went wild- Ryan braved it, but none of the rest of the family.

Love you lots, anyway lol

Hey Iron, take it as consolation that your team lost to the second place team instead of one of the earlier losers. I'm taking it that way with MooU, they lost to number one.

Hey Robin, I must admit, it was something of a win-win situation for me since I like both teams. I had to cheer for MSU, though, since it was my first alma mater. Plus I have to tweak the Engineer's nose since he's a UofM grad and the rivalry just ain't there with UNC.

I sacrificed my good name to cheer for the enemy (I was bred a UofM fan), risked being called a turn-coat, and this is how MSU repays me? Well, I've certainly learned my lesson! Hope the pain isn't too acute; shouldn't be since you had your back-up team in the same game!

You are a noble woman, B. You need to remind them that it's not being a turncoat if your favorite team isn't in the game. Besides, Ohio State is the real archrival, isn't it? MSU and UofM are simply siblings who squabble a lot - Ohio State's that bad kid down the block. (The Engineer rooted for MooU too until he got disgusted by their play. Sigh.)

I had no idea you were a sports fan but I'm getting excited at the prospect that you might start drinking beer with me.
